By accessing and using the JnUMate website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. User Eligibility and Verification

The Service is intended for the exclusive use of verified students, faculty, or staff of Jagannath University (JNU). You must use your official JNU email address for registration and verification. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• All listing content, including images, must be accurate and truthful.
• You agree to abide by all local laws and regulations regarding housing and tenancy.

4. Limitation of Liability

JnUMate acts only as a platform to connect users. We are not a party to any rental agreement or transaction between users. We are not responsible for the quality, legality, or safety of the properties listed, nor the conduct of users.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
